Gate Staff
The Whisper Rock Estates Gate Staff provides a friendly and accountable level of service for many aspects of life at Whisper Rock Estates. Duties of the Gate Staff include greeting owners and their guests and monitoring access for other visitors, such as contractors, real estate agents, public services, delivery services, etc. Other ‘core’ services provided by the Gate Staff include roving vehicular patrol of the community, foot patrol of amenities, construction site monitoring, assistance with resident services, event preparation, and overall support for residents and community operations.
The Gatehouse is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. A minimum of 2 staff members are on at a given time during the 2 day shifts, and one staff member is on duty during the overnight shift. There are several random vehicular patrols of the community during the overnight shift. In these cases, the Gatehouse is locked and signage is placed indicating contact information for the patrol vehicle. If you are expecting a guest during the overnight hours, it is best to alert the Gate Staff ahead of time so they are sure to be available to greet your guest.
