The Whisper Rock Estates Community Association (WRECA) realizes there are many attractive lifestyle options in North Scottsdale and sincerely appreciates your choice to call Whisper Rock Estates home!
The WRECA is charged with the duty to manage the governance, operations, and lifestyle components of your neighborhood, including such items as creating and managing budgets, maintenance and preservation of community assets, formalizing policy, and design review/construction oversight. The WRECA will embrace its duty to guide the community with diligence, integrity, and humility at all times.
The WRECA is currently under declarent control by the developer, Whisper Rock Estates, LLC, a subsidiary of Grayhawk Development, Inc. A declarent Board of Directors oversees the big picture aspect of governance with a focus on consistency of vision, quality of lifestyle, and long term values. The BOD has been involved in the project since its inception and maintains intimate knowledge of the physical and operational aspects of Whisper Rock.
Anne Marie Fitness, your on-site Community Manager has managed the day to day operations of the community since 2005 and is always available to answer your questions or discuss issues. Monica Godwin serves as Resident Services Coordinator, and offers a social calendar and events program as well as services such as vendor referral to make life more relaxing for our residents.
