The concept of ‘neighborhood’ is central to the lifestyle at Whisper Rock Estates and great neighborhoods start with great neighbors.  That’s why you have Monica; her title is Resident Services Coordinator, but she is your official ‘good neighbor’.  Monica is there to assist you with those pesky little details of home ownership.


You don’t need an appointment.  Just stop by the gatehouse to see her and she’ll figure out a way to help you.  Whether it be a vendor referral, letting the ‘plumber’ in when you are running late and can’t get there yourself, making last minute reservations at your favorite local restaurant, or checking on your house when you are away, Monica can help make your Whisper Rock experience more relaxing and worry free.
